How do I cancel Orzo Plus?
On the iPhone: Settings, then your name, then Subscriptions, then Orzo. On Android: Google Play, then your profile picture, Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal and nothing more will be charged; Orzo Plus runs until the end of the paid period. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
I bought Orzo Plus, but it isn't active.
On the payment screen, tap “Restore purchases”, signed in with the Apple ID or Google account you bought it with. If that doesn't help, write to us with the order number from your purchase confirmation.
Can I get my money back?
Payment goes through Apple or Google, so refunds go through them too: for Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, for Google Play in your order history.
How do I invite someone to my household?
Tap your household's name at the top, open it and tap “Invite”. Share the link or the code; anyone who has Orzo joins with “Join with code”. Up to 6 people fit in one household, and people you invite don't need their own subscription.
How do I leave a household?
Open the household through its name at the top and tap “Leave household”. If you are the only one in it, it is deleted with its pantry, lists, plan and cookbook. Whoever created a household can also remove others there and create a new code.
The scan doesn't recognise everything.
Open the door all the way, make sure there is good light and move slowly over the shelves, ideally with several pictures. Correct anything missing or wrong in the result before you add it. Quickly check amounts and dates yourself.
How do I save recipes from TikTok or Instagram?
In the post, tap Share and choose Orzo. Orzo reads the description, for TikTok also what's said in the video, and if that isn't enough, the video itself. If Orzo can't reach a post, for example because it's private, paste the description into the chat or share a screenshot. The recipe goes into your cookbook, with the creator as the source.
How do I delete my data?
In the app under “My Kitchen” › “Delete my data”. This deletes everything our server can link to you: your memberships (households where you are the only member, with their contents), your ratings and your feedback. It also resets the app on your device. Shared households stay with the others, and you cancel a subscription in the store. More in the privacy policy.
Is Orzo nutritional advice?
No. Orzo is a cooking app. Nutritional values are estimated from the ingredients, and if you have allergies, please always check the ingredients and packaging yourself.
